The Microsoft Alumni Network (MSA) is a sister organization to the one I head up, the Microsoft Alumni Foundation. (MSAF) Both are independent nonprofits--independent from one another and from Microsoft. Neither has billions, nor access to billions. MSA handles alumni memberships benefits, like discounted health insurance, company store benefits, and HR opportunities back at Microsoft and MSAF is the philanthropic arm. 

Given that--our donors always appreciate us maximizing existing and cost-effective resources. I appreciate your giving me a chance to clarify.
